1631  - Don Pedro Manuel Manooc, son of Pagbuaya.
1898  - Gobernadorcillo Eugenio Daymiel
          - Nicolas Carreon succeeded Daymiel who was
             later elevated as governor when the last
              Spanish governor left Dapitan
1900 - Captain Kelly, first head of the military form of
             government during the  American occupation.
         -  Andres Cadavedo, replaced Carreon as
                   gobernadorcillo.
       -  Dionesio Bajamunde, succeded Cadavedo as
             gobernadorcillo.
1901 - Captain  Willets, replaced of Capt. Kelly
            and acted  as head of the local  government
            until 1903.
1902 - Captain Cooper,  assumed as head of the local
               military  government.
1903 - Proceso Eguia, first Municipal President of
             Dapitan.
