Health services are rendered by one government 75-bed hospital, the
Dr. Jose Rizal Memorialt Hospital, with 86 health and auxiliary personnel. This also supervises three rural health units in the Municipalities of La Libertad, Rizal and Sibutad.

The City Health Office also renders with medical services. There are 21 barangay-based health centers and 450 barangay health workers.
