MISS TEENAGE PHILIPPINES-BELGIUM 2005

Michelle won the title of MISS TEENAGE PHILIPPINES-BELGIUM 2000 last Saturday 10th of September. The competition was organized and sponsored by the Filipino Belgian community in Belgium. Five years ago Michelle also won the title of Little Miss Millennium 2000. She is the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Cybil Villar Lavers. Cybil hails from Dapitan City.
